The role of Medical "Science", Politics and the Petrochemical / Pharmaceutical Industry and the cause of MCS Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.
Because I became ill due to increasing air-pollution, especially gases (unleaded gas, industry, kerosine, pesticides, perfumes) in the outdoor air, my eyes are opened for the way the western medical science works. In nature- and mathematics a statement is proven when every part of this statement is proven. In medical science only small parts are proven. But medical science acts like they know everything. So medical science is actually no science. In the meantime they admit that but they don't act like it. De chemical and pharmaceutical industries are using this "science" to produce and sell their products. At the moment that this "science" is proven to be wrong, it can lead to big financial disasters for these companies. This industrie doesn't want any changes in this "science" because it can make their products worthless. At the moment somebody proves that a part of the medical "science" is wrong, these companies will start to protect themselves against the financial damage

A good example how this works is the tobacco-industry. If somebody knows how bad smoking is for human health it are the leaders that work there. Because the first people that are getting ill from smoking tobacco are coming to complain to this industru. And of-coarse the tobacco-industry will do research on smoking and health. TTo protect their business they do three things:
Protect themselves against lawsuits from people that became ill from there products. Change the products at as low coasts as possible. Bribe lawyers, scientists etc. to produce opposite facts. These extra coasts will lead to change in their products that are often no real solution for the consumer, but they will be able continuing selling their products. This is the same way the petro-chemical industry works, which is actually identical to the pharmaceutical industry.
F.i. IG Farben/Bayer In World-war I they produced chemical warfare. In World-war II they produced Cyclon B. for the gaschamcers. They financed the research of Jozef Mengele and used jews as slave labour. They polluted the rivers with their chemicals, and dumped their chemicals illegaly in the oceans. Now they burn their chemicals and pollute the air. They have been trying to stop cheap aids-medicine for Africa. These kind of companies produce pesticides, this is a weakened form of chemical warfare. These chemicals must kill insects and mold but not human life. Pesticides: kill 2 million people every year. So they know like nobody else which chemicals are the cause of all our modern diseases. They make the chemicals and do all the research and are the first to be informed if people are getting ill from it. These same companies are producing our medicine and they are the best, because they already know which chemicals are causing the disease, because they also produce those chemicals that are the causes of those diseases. In order to make as much money as possible: They make products that are produced just inside the norm of public health. Poison chemicals from their waist burning will be just inside of the norm. They use there enormous power to influence politics by lobbyists to change legislation so they can reduce the coasts of cleaning the air a.s.o.
These companies, especially their CEO know exactly what they do with human health. But they are continuing with this policy to earn big money. Now we can see how they do this. Patients organizations are financed by the pharmaceuticals. Directors of patients organizations are getting free world trips and lots of money. Also is proven that the pharmaceutical industry writes their own scientific reports for their new medicine. They pay medical researchers to put their name under these reports. All traffic of the whole city drove thru my street due to work on the roads in the city. From that moment on I did not leave my bed anymore. I have a friend with MCS and he lives an hour a way from me and together with him I learned that air-quality can change quite fast in a big area. This because we both got sick from air-quality changes within a half hour. Before that time I had health complaints, but thought it were just allergies. I also started to be very tired when I entered certain stores. Later I started to understand that this came from gases from plastics, paints, perfumes, building materials etc. Then I started my experiments with air-cleaners and humidifiers. Thru these experiments I started to understand which things made me sick and that these things were increasing yearly with increasing traffic and industry. In the meantime I had to move several times because of air-pollution. I almost lost anything I owned. By traveliing I found out where I still would be healthy. Now I know that if I am under the smoke of industry or in the neighborhood of busy (air)traffic I become very ill. Also the photochemical reaction from UV on agriculture with pesticides can make me very ill. At this moment I live in a tent with an air-cleaner that takes VOC's and other chemicals out of the air. My next step is that I have to leave my country. It will be difficult to find a good place because my body has already invalidating effects from this. Through the years I have asked RIVM (National institute for Health and Environment) how they measure air-pollution. They always told me that air-pollution was decreasing every year. Until KNMI (national weather-station) came with their satellite images from NO2. This made clear that Holland has the highest amount of air-pollution in the world. Also they told me that there were hundred thousands of gases including poison gases. This information made clear what I was thinking. The RIVM is very handy with numbers. There are many gases that are not measured and there are gases that are poison and there is no norm set for. I don't know much about chemicals, but I understand this is the crime of the century. Beginning of this year a report showed that children from painters have 5 to 6 times more medical disorders than children from carpenters. My father was a house painter and I got ill from the same gases as he worked with all his life. (benzene, toluene, xylene etc) He died of OPS (painters-disease). Recent DNA research on people and animals shows that chemicals can change DNA up to 4 generations. Epigenetica. A new way to inherit environmental damage From contacts with doctors and MCS patients I learned that the DNA of all people is damaged. But people with MCS probably have damage of their DNA that has to take the chemicals out of their system. This story makes clear that medical science makes big mistakes. Professor J.D. Bos (Amsterdam Medical Centre) has examined me psychiatrical during my hospital-stay, because he is unknown with the fact that MCS exists, he decided that this disease belongs to the area of the psychiatry. Like every other unknown disease. The psychiatrist could not make a psychiatric diagnose. Later research showed that the professor active tried to stop MCS research. A professor is always right....... Anybody who has severe MCS knows for 100% sure it is not a psychiatric disease. All other roads for the right research or treat from Amsterdam medical Centre are blocked. Department of proffesion-disease and clinical genetics don't want to treat me. Latest News August 2005 Amsterdam Medical Centre is denying evidence on MCS. I am afraid that I only will get recognition of MCS in countries like Canada, Unites States,Denmark or Germany, because they have recognized my disease. Unfortantely medical prove about MCS from these countries is not legal in Holland. This is arranged in Dutch law. My life is totally destroyed and I cannot hold anybody responsible. In summer 2004 I went for 3 months to Vancouver Island (Canada) together with another MCS patient. We have been overall quite healthy as long as we could stay away from traffic and industry. In Canada is MCS recognized and you can read the stories in the paper about what industry has done to try to declare MCS patients psychiatrical ill. Halifax is the first city in the world where official buildings are fragrance free. The churches in Canada ask people not to use any deodorants or perfumes. There are also companies that tell you that it is not the bacteria or viruses but the chemicals that we have toe be afraid of.

These are the children, the sick and the elderly. For years I have been walking against walls. As long people are not in charge of an organization they will try to help you. But as soon something really needs to be done the wall is there. It is exactly these gases that come from unleaded petrol that make me very sick. Especially under influence of UV light, these new gases can be life-threatening. When leaded fuel was stopped in Holland and cars came with catalytic convertors my big health problems started. We see again that the petrochemical industry chose the cheap solution. This solution was also proved right by the Ministers from traffic in the European countries. Leaded patrol produced lead and dust. Dust doesn't go into the human body and lead falls down on the street. With the unleaded petrol the dirt became invisible and it didn't stink. Those gases are much more dangerous and they enter the human body. The people didn't know or though it had been taken care of by our government. Nobody protested, everybody needs a car. But the industry knew all about the risks, because research had been done about the human health. And this research showed that it could be life-threatening. Unfortunately the german doctor who did this research doesn't live anymore. What can we expect from those people. We have chosen them to protect us. I come to the conclusion that they don't protect us, but they protect the polluting industries and their own financial interest at the cost of the civilian. It is about time that the civilian choses a political system where we can sent politicians home if they don't do their job. When they talk about global warming only CO2 is named as the cause. Unfortunely there are hundred-thousands of gases in the air including many poison gases. VOC's and CO in the outdoor air are probably the cause of many modern diseases like chronic fatigue and dementia. But who will pay for the research? Who is checking what the industries are burning? The RIVM. And we know they keep there mouth shut. The people didn't know. Industry made them sick, addicted and guilty. The people think it is their own fault and doesn't protest. We have the highest amount of ill people in the world. The World Health Organization tells us that one quarter to one third of all diseases is caused by the the environment. Dr. Daunderer Dr. Daunderer, a german doctor who treats amalgam-poisoned people, wrote a book years ago called: umweltgifte, in where he says that the hypothalamus is changed via the limbic system by gases. This explains the many symptoms that are caused by these gases. This doctor was not believed by his colleagues. This is how the medical science tries to stop doctors who are telling the truth. The temporary amount of air-, water-, food- and soil-pollution induces storing of inorganic compounds into the human body. These compounds are not recognized by the human body. Therefore the human body will keep storing these compounds until a point of saturation will be achieved. After that the body will start storing these compounds in more vital organs like the brains (hypothalamus) and the nerve system. These compounds also alter the human DNA. In Holland we have the highest population of MCS patients in the world. About 600 registered MCS patients. A lot of them don't know how to get further. Un unknown amount has already left the country. An unknown amount of them doesn't know how to live with this horror. There are 18000 people in Holland dying early of air-pollution. The amount of sick people will be many times higher. Unfortunately there is hardly any research. I see the connection between dementia and VOC's. I have been in France in the heat-wave of 2003 when in air-polluted cities 15000 elderly too early died. The air-pollution there was life-threatening to me too. After that I went to Spain. In some places it was 45 degrees Celsius, but in clean air areas there was no health-problem at all. In that same period the English hospitals were overloaded with sick people.

Less and less benzene is in petrol. Because of that benzene is decreasing in the air. Benzene is a VOC. Toluene is from the same family, less harmful. Benzene irritates airways and eyes. It can harm the central nerve-system and blood-forming organs. Long contact can cause leukemia. for Toluene there is no norm. Concentrations are higher than benzene with an average of 5 to 10 microgram. Too high concentrations are due to leaking or misuse.
